Whole Club Autumn Swim Workshop

5th September 2010

08.30 - 13.00

All squad swimmers will take part in this whole club event, which we hope to run 2 or 3 times a year.

Arrive ready for swimming at 08.30. Bring enough costumes / towels,warm clothes and food / drink for a whole morning.

There will be stroke clinics / speed clinics and talks and presentations during the session.

Please let your coaches know if you will not be able to attend.

National Swimming League (Arena) 2010

The National swimming league sponsored by Arena will be held this Autumn. There are three rounds which Dinnaton will compete in, the first round will be held at Bath Leisure Centre on Saturday 9th October at 5pm. Selection for this event will be posted on the notice board at McCaulays. The following two rounds will be held on 13th November and 11th December, the location and time will be announced nearer the time.

Rescue Test Course 26th September 2010

NRASTC COURSE

The next National Rescue Test course will take place at Dinnaton on 26th September.
